Job description:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5 + years of experience in technical roles focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with a strong emphasis on Continuous Authorization & Monitoring (CAM). Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, including customization, configuration, and development of GRC and CAM solutions. Deep understanding of GRC principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA). Experience with continuous monitoring tools and techniques for risk and compliance management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ServiceNow CIS (CIS - Risk and Compliance Implementation) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications preferred.Experience in design, development, and implementation of GRC and CAM solutions, leveraging the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform. Customize and configure ServiceNow GRC and CAM modules to meet specific business requirements and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to enable seamless data exchange and automation of GRC and CAM processes. Design and implement continuous monitoring and reporting capabilities within ServiceNow to track changes in risk posture, security controls, and compliance status. Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow GRC and CAM initiatives, including troubleshooting and resolution of issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow GRC and CAM capabilities into existing GRC processes and systems. Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates and best practices related to GRC and CAM functionalities. Support internal and external audits, assessments, and reviews related to GRC and CAM activities.
