Job description:
SECSGEM developer for equipment integration Experience: Experienced in the development of real-time automation applications including database and UI design. Written communication skills: The successful candidate must be able to write clear requirements documents, design documents, test plans and end-user documentation. Verbal communication skills: The successful candidate must be able to present requirements, designs, test plans and status to peers and management. Team Skills: The successful candidate must have demonstrated successes in operating in a collaborative team development environment. Programming Skills: The successful candidate must have experience in using the Microsoft Visual Studio development suite, including VB, C++, C#, ADO.NET and Visual Source Safe. Industry Standards: Understanding of SECSGEM protocol and/or other industrial automation standards is a plus. - To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
- To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
