Job description:

5+ years of experience in materials characterization or failure analysis. Should have an in-depth, handson understanding of Dual Beam FIB/SEM Familiarity with a wide variety of materials characterization techniques (SEM/ EDS, FTIR, CT/X-Ray, etc..) and fundamental failure analysis methodology. An expert in conveying complex data sets from multiple sources into a concise and understandable form. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable in communicating with cross-functional partners. Previous experience with microelectronic display process technologies would be considered a plus. Outstanding problem solving abilities Ability to balance multiple high priority tasks at the same time Flexible and able to quickly change course to meet the needs of the business

• To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions
• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
• TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview.
• To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
