Job description:
New Billing Committed ExclusiveJDE FINANCE SR. SUPPORT ANALYST Version: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 JDE E1 9.21. Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne finance modules GL, AP, AR, FA2. Resource having techno functional skills to support issues is desirable.3. Support for interfaces like Concur, ADP Payroll, Smart commerce, Approval Express and Bill trust would be added advantage4. Liaise with shared service centers during period close activities for some closing.5. Ability to understand highly customized ARAP finance process and provide supportGeneral Support Responsibilities:6. Application testing for all system changes and projects.7. Knowledge transfer and other support related activity.8. Second level support for resolution of service requests.9. Second level support for resolution of system defects10. Key involvement in the resolution of high severity user issues and system defects11. Review and approve root cause analysis, work arounds and support12. Documentation prepared by Support analysts13. Provide guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving very complex issues.14. Interact with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation till closure.15. Resolving all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged thru Help desk16. Regular interaction with JDE development and CNC Admin support team to involve them in resolving issues.17. Own the support tickets pertaining to their respective Modules till closure.18. Provide On call support after business hours for high severity issues.19. Experience in working on JDE projects with onsite offshore model for Application Development and support.
- To architect, design and develop [through team] solution for product or sustenance delivery.
- To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
- To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
