Job description:
Automation testing
8+ years of experience in the Selenium webdriver BDD
Good experience in Test automation framework (Hybrid BDD framework)
Good Knowledge on POM (page object model)
Designing and developing test automation scripts.
Creating Test Automation Resources functions methods
Creating test scenarios and gathering test data.
Debugging and Running Tests
Analyzing Test Results
Defect Reporting and Tracking using Defect Management Tool like ALM
Extensive knowledge of testing process, testing methodology analysis, and defect reporting tools
Good problem-solving, analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
- To architect, design and develop [through team] solution for product or sustenance delivery.
- To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
- To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
