Job description:
Resource should have an Excellent hands-on experience in SAP BASIS support maintenance work.
Should have an excellent SAP DB performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
Should have a good in Windows and Linux administration skills.
Handling of tickets.
Strong experience in SAP Implementation (Installs and configuration) and Application upgrades including EHPs.
Strong hands-on SAP DB Migrations (Homogeneous and Heterogenious) on HANA
SAP Products knowledge: ECC, BW on HANA, Solution Manager, SLT, Taxware, Gateway, FIORI,GTS, Enterprise Portal, Web dispatcher, PI / PO , BOBJ / BODS Administration.
Should be proficient in solution manager install, Configurations and its administration - EWA configuration, satellite system config, Solman setup, technical monitoring setup, Focused Insight configs, CHARM support ..etc.
Good in SAP Netweaver Java administration and legacy/third party application integrations.
Good experience on HANA Administration , alert setup, Parameter tuning, handling hana alerts, HANA DB Patch update, DB backup, restore / recovery...etc
Should be ready to learn new SAP products/skills - be a fast learner and with good learning attitude.
Should be flexible for on-call and weekend activities.
Should have an excellent client coordination and communication skills.
- To architect| design and develop [through team] solution for product / sustenance delivery.
- To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
- To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
