Job description:
As a Technical Advisor, you will combine your technical expertise with exceptional customer
service skills to provide advice and support on a range of products and services. Your role is
crucial in the sales process, as your knowledge can significantly impact customer satisfaction
and loyalty. Here are your key duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1. Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of the BigFix Suite and related technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and prospects during pre-sales and post-sales
interactions.
- Address technical queries and troubleshoot issues effectively.
2. Customer Support:
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist clients in implementing and optimizing BigFix solutions.
- Offer recommendations based on best practices and industry standards.
3. Training and Documentation:
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on BigFix features and functionality.
- Create technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their business goals using BigFix.
5. Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and BigFix enhancements.
- Contribute to the improvement of BigFix-related processes and offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical support, consulting, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with BigFix or other Cybersecurity platforms is advantageous
