Job description:
Detail JD : Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
12+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or advisory roles with a focus on digital experience platforms (preferably HCL TX, but experience with DXP platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, etc. is also relevant).
Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, including front-end frameworks (React, Angular), back-end (Java, .NET), and microservices architecture.
Expertise in customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) domains, with knowledge of personalization, omnichannel engagement, and analytics.
Experience with integrating TX platforms with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, etc.).
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
Certifications in HCL TX or other DXP platforms are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
HCL DX and Volt MX Technical Skills
Experience in AI-driven personalization, automation, or analytics solutions.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience leading agile transformation projects.
Industry-specific experience (e.g., manufacturing, banking, retail, healthcare & lifesciences) in using digital experience platforms.
