Technical Specialist with Teamcenter DEV, Server, Active Workspace
Job Summary
The Technical Specialist for Teamcenter DEV, Server, Active Workspace will be responsible for managing and supporting the Teamcenter system development, servers, and the Active Workspace application. The role involves ensuring the effective functioning of Teamcenter and its related applications to meet business needs.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement teamcenter solutions based on business requirements
2. Configure and maintain teamcenter servers and ensure their optimal performance
3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues related to teamcenter and active workspace
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate teamcenter with other systems and tools
5. Conduct regular system upgrades and ensure system security and integrity
6. Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for teamcenter and active workspace
7. Stay updated with the latest teamcenter features and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in teamcenter development and customization
2. Strong knowledge of teamcenter server administration and maintenance
3. Experience with active workspace configuration and support
4. Familiarity with cad integration, workflow design, and data migration within teamcenter
5. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
6. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
8. Strong organizational and time management abilities
Certifications: Siemens PLM Certified Professional (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
