Job description:
"To analyze,define and design moderately complex technical solution for client requirementsorspecifications and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs. To independently develop and test the modules designed for successful Go-Live. To participate in team meetings. To train the team and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements "

- Need to handle the review function for capital market operations. Key areas would be Cash management, Assetor StockorCash reconciliations, Settlements, Trade movements etc.
- To work with the team on domain training requirements. This would be specific to the teams process and sub process. Process flow maps at various levels needs to be prepared and managed.
- Work with the team to ensure better process communication with the clients and other relevant financial institutions. This could be basically for acquiring data from relevant parties. Follow up with business lines for access to the applications and fob keys.
- To work as acting leaders in situations when the team management is not around. Should be able to manage the team as and when required.
- To ensure the team is in compliance with Risk controls, to perform various daily end of day review. Help in maintaining various MIS. Use the experience to reengineer the process for better.
