Job description:
"Responsibilities:
Integration and provision of client releases and software packages in MECM
Planning and execution of software rollouts and patch distributions including tracking
Creating collections and generating reports
Analyzing, processing and documenting customer inquiries
Technical classification of customer inquiries incl. solving or forwarding to the downstream area if necessary
3rd level support of incidents, service requests, problems
Utilize and maintain existing knowledge base
Troubleshooting
Archiving of software packages
Creating documentation
Customer consulting
Contact person for other support units
Requirements:
Desired degree: Education in the field of information technology or comparable
Experience in the administration of Windows Server and server applications
Good understanding of Microsoft Server infrastructures
Experience in the topics SCCM/MECM/Intune
Experience in client and software rollouts
Experience in patch management for Windows clients
Experience in the use of ticket tools
ITIL knowledge desirable
Powershell knowledge desirable
Experience with larger infrastructures
Careful and reliable way of working
Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken"
- Build a team to implement solutions
- Build execution /skill development plans and ensure that solutions are delivered on schedule/budget
- Ensure component reusage through out the execution| identify reusable component and add to repository
- Mentoring and developing team
