Job description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Cloud -AWS, Azure L2 - onsite
o Create documentation, including technical guides and procedures, to ensure knowledge transfer and assist in training to team members on automation processes.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud automation scripts, tools, and deployments.
o Ansible, and Terraform to automate network configuration, provisioning, and management tasks.
o Collaborate with customer engineering teams to gather requirements and automation tasks align with business objectives and operational needs.
o Create Ansible playbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.
o Project related work and help to operations support team.
o cloud monitoring and alerting services and capabilities
o Ability to solve complex technical problems and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
o Ability to support project team to prioritize activities and provide deliverables as planned.
o Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability as user demands grow.
- To ensure that calls/ chats are addressed within agreed SLAs
- To resolve escalations in a timely manner adhering to the process and quality compliance
- To maintain attendance, leave reports , breaks & shift rosters
- To update knowledge base through accurate documentation and disseminating knowledge from analyses and reports prepared to team for facilitating effective performance of responsibilities
- To perform adhoc analyses, SIP activities and infrastructure management
- To ensure postive customer satisfaction and feedback
