Job description:
Guidewire implementation experience and Guidewire technical certification Extensive experience in Guidewire Policy Center and Claim Center In-depth knowledge in coding standards, review process, branching and merging strategies, DevOps, and Guidewire best practices Extensive experience in o Guidewire integration mechanismso Data modelo Ruleso Configurationso Admin data managemento Performance monitoring and tuning Hands-on experience in Guidewire application configuration (clustering, database configurations) Extensive experience ino SAFe Agile methodologyo End to end Guidewire implementation knowledgeo Estimation, planning, and development processes Communication skill and team coordination skills Resolving mismatches in technical requirements through communication with guidewire Communication to stakeholder groups around dependencies and timelines Experience in insurance suites with GW Experience in refining requirements with GW Experience in any of the Public cloud Good Technical understanding of various parts of GW Platform and interwork. Awareness in compliance and regulatory requirements for GW Product onboarding Awareness with Devops CICD Process Experience in handling test data for creating toolingmasking PII or moving data from Test to Prod Experience in resolving issues with Integration with other vendor productsmonitoring and logging.
- To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
- To support as an Subject Matter Expert
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
- Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
- To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
- To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
- To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
