Job description:
Experience:
o 10+years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, including hands-on experience with various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB.
o Proven experience in a technical lead or solution architect role, with a track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects and teams.
o Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.).
o Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware solutions.
o Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for IT service management.
Certifications:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred.
o Additional certifications in project management or solution architecture (e.g., PMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
Education:
o Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
o Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience managing teams and projects.
o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- To design and implement test plans for complex features and modules.
- To utilize automation tools and frameworks to increase test efficiency , proactively advocate for timely fixes and quality assurance best practices.
- To identify, reproduce, and document software defects according to established procedures.
- To proactively partner with developers to analyze, prioritize, and verify defect resolutions, while actively participating in test reviews to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest testing technology trends , contribute to the creation and maintenance of test automation frameworksor libraries and proactively Implement innovative testing approaches to address evolving software complexities.
