ob Summary:
The E-commerce Lead ADA Quality Assurance Specialist will oversee the accessibility compliance of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring they meet ADA standards and other relevant guidelines. This leadership role involves managing QA teams, setting strategic accessibility goals, and driving the implementation of best practices across projects. The Lead will be responsible for mentoring team members, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, accessible digital experiences for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of QA specialists in accessibility testing, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.
o Develop and implement best practices and standards for accessibility testing and compliance. - Strategic Planning:
o Define and drive the strategic vision for accessibility within the e-commerce platform, setting objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with organizational goals.
o Create and manage a roadmap for accessibility improvements and ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables. - Accessibility Testing & Compliance:
o Oversee and perform advanced accessibility testing on e-commerce websites and applications, using a mix of manual and automated methods.
o Ensure all digital assets comply with ADA, WCAG 2.1, and other relevant accessibility guidelines. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate accessibility considerations from the outset of design and development.
o Facilitate communication between teams to address accessibility issues and ensure timely resolution. - Documentation and Reporting:
o Lead the development of comprehensive accessibility documentation, including test plans, reports, and compliance checklists.
o Present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders. - Training & Advocacy:
o Develop and deliver training programs on accessibility best practices for internal teams and stakeholders.
o Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity throughout the organization, promoting a culture of accessibility awareness. - User Experience:
o Conduct usability testing with assistive technologies and gather feedback from users with disabilities to inform and improve accessibility strategies.
o Analyze user feedback and accessibility metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accessibility, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CPACC, WAS) and/or Master s degree are advantageous.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on accessibility testing, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
