Job description:
1. Understand and create test Strategy for Func + Interface + Perf + Regression Test
2. Customer interfacing and manage multiple stakeholders.
3. Experience in test plan, testing cycle, defect tracking and triaging.
4. Manage E2E Testing of Transformation project
5. Manage and accountable for gathering Testing requirements.
6. Assignment of Test task and Ensure deliverable are completed in timely manner.
7. Identify and analyze and propose various testing tools.
8. Drive Functional + Perf Test cycles.
9. Strong people person and leader.
10. Proficient in delivering Test results and Signoffs from customer.
- To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client orteam to understand functional ordesign specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in placeorkept upto date.
- To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies ortools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
- To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.
- To developorguide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
