Job description:
6 month engagement
Nearshore preferred
Must be able to work US EST hours
System skills needed: Professional skills needed:
Functional business understanding of PeopleSoft modules: Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and business analysts to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Asset Management Experience in adjusting asset valuations and depreciation from a merger or acquisition and being able to provide options based on company requirements
General Ledger Propose software configurationmodifications to adapt to changes in business requirements.
Accounts Payable Ability to express ideas and materials clearly.
Purchasing Ability to be creative and develop ideas to solve business needsissues.
Workflow (Financials) Strong interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication skills.
SQL developer Design, code and unit test program changes.
PeopleTools Provide guidance during unit testing.
Component Interface Identify developmental or design risks.

- To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
- To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects.
- To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
