Job description:
Solution Architecture for Projectsinitiatives - New Products, Network Upgrades, Marketing Service Pricing, Promotions, Partner Onboarding
Design, Develop Solutions Reference Architecture High-Level Designs (L3 documentation) with detailed sequence diagrams in line with NorthStar Architecture for new product launches, connected life Products (1st party 3rd party), Marketing initiatives focusing on Service pricing, Promotions, Partner Onboarding both for Wireless & Wireline, as applicable
Deeply Understand and support Agile life cycle and the Product roadmaps from requirements grooming to analysis to defining architecture with focus on end Customers to provide design solutions meeting the timelines and improve overall customer experience with Products, Network evolution & Billing
Document, Review & Finalize design artifacts with Development, BusinessProduct Owners & IT Security Architecture Teams
Evaluate and Recommend framework for Data centric security architecture that enables Data Classification, Consolidation and enforces Secure Data practices in compliance with FCC and state privacy laws
Perform industry (telecom) research and evaluate technologies, vendors for recommendations in the effort of systems Modernization
- To design and architect large-scale solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
- To continuously upskill with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards.
- To leverage domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
