Job description:
Serve as the main point of contact in all Data AI engagement to client concerns and needs.
Manage 10M+ large strategic accounts on growth and customer satisfaction.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic solutions and ensure KPIs are being met.
Thrives in an ever-evolving Business and Technology landscape.
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
Manage organizational deliverables by using industry standards methods.
Required skills and qualifications.
Proven specialization and expertise in Data AI. Extensive experience in designing and architecting Data marts, Dara Warehouse, Data Lake.
Must be in tune with current trends in AI &ML. Ability to lead discussion on AI & ML Use cases, business benefits and implementation of Advance analytics is mandatory
Must have good understanding of AI platform provisioned by Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex or Amazon
Must have good technical knowhow and understanding of Cloud Technology, Cloud Data Warehouse Data lake platform
Must have good expertise in Data Governance practices. Ability to lead solution for Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog and Metadata management strategy
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Crafted Statement of Work, Proposals, Master Services Agreements, Service Level Objectives, etc.
Managed revenue of the assigned clients including managing profit and loss of the assigned account.
Engaged global practice and solution team which wins high value contracts.
Acted as Trusted advisor to the clients.

Orchestrates the activities between HCL and Clients at various levels Executives to Technologists
Finds opportunities to engage the clients in a structured way by building winning Proposals.
Proactively creates initiatives to share thought leadership.
Demonstrated leadership by engaging the organization to deliver industry differentiating solutions.
Plan for resources with the right skills and knowledge for effective engagement on the accounts.
Manage assigned human resources by leveraging the hire to retire process.

- Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture)
- To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis
- To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base
- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies
- To manage Non Functional Requirement adaption for the solution
- To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder| portfolio concerns
