Job description:
To enable the development of new competencies or solutions through the practice team for complex business challenges and cultivateorexpand client relationships to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
To provide enterprise solutions and technical strategies for implementation and roadmaps for meeting customer's IT and business vision.
To lead and build well-defined capability that meets the current business needs and future market demands based on HCL's business focus and growth plan.
Additional Requirement
A) Strong delivery and operational experience of 10 to 12 years
B) Ability to manage portfolio of 100 to 200 member team
C) Good customer facing and communication skills
D) Knowledge of digital technologies and execution patterns
E) Good understanding of distributed agile
F) Should have worked across broad set of verticals preferably TMT-RCPG related
- To provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to practice teams and oversee complex consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- To build and maintain strong client relationships and interface with internal sales & delivery leaders to identify additional business opportunities.
- To lead and mentor a diverse team of consultants, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning and staying at the forefront of emerging trends.
- To perform advanced analyses of business processes, market trends, and data, extracting actionable insights. Employ cutting-edge analytical tools and methodologies to drive strategic decision-making.
