Job description:

Minimum 5+ experience in Agile , Safe Agile experience.
2. Good understanding of JIRA tool.
3. Should I have handled multiple Agile Teams and experience in PI planning and Iteration planning
4. Experience with working with IT Agile teams
5. Knowledge of Safe Agile
6. Experience with Cross Functional Agile team
7. Experience leading multiple agile teams at a time
8. Gathering and updating project materials, completing budgeting, forecasting, project documentation, business flows, and lessons learned documents
9. Scheduling and allocating work, providing advice and guidance, and resolving problems to meet technical performance and financial objectives
10. Coordinate all Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint retrospectives, Sprint Demos, Story Grooming, and Release Planning
11. Coaching and mentoring other Scrum Masters on our program team. Partnering to ensure that our ways of working are consistent across teams
12. Assist in defining and deploying new product development processes and in facilitating the continuous improvement of existing processes

14. Liaising between developers and project stakeholders; fostering quality communication between engineering disciplines

• To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) ornew developments based on businessor client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.
• To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.
• To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements
• To provide technical guidance to junior developers
• To interact with the customer and internal teams to gather requirements for development purposes.
