Job description:

As a Cloud Connectivity Services Delivery Subject Matter Expert for Cloud DC Networking and Connectivity Services, you will be one of the key contributors of the team that will be responsible for delivering the products and the solutions for delivering our customers a world class best in breed Automated Cloud Data Center Architectures built on the principles of Software Defined Networking that is going to power the next gen 5G use cases for residential and enterprise customers. Participate in the discussions with customer and other partner teams at architect as well as management level. Interface with end customers, sales team and other product managers to understand the customer s Cloud Networking Connectivity requirements and work with the Product Owners, Product Managers and Software Dev. Leads to feedback these requirementsuse cases into Rakuten Products and Use cases. You will be one of the key members of the team that will work with vendors and partners to lead the development of delivery artifacts such as HLD and LLD. Work with the RCP Cloud team as well as the vendorspartners during Presales-showcase/POC/Lab. Work with RCP engineering teams as well as vendors on product enhancements, new features etc.

• To architect, design and develop [through team] solution for product or sustenance delivery.
• To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
