Job description:
IAM\\r\\nSupport the architecture, design, deployment, and integration of privileged account security solutions across multiple federal government agencies.\\r\\nSupport Solution Implementation Architecture activities.\\r\\nAbility to discuss technical concepts and interdependencies with customers\\r\\nAbility to understand overarching Solution functionality\\r\\nExperience gathering high level functional and operational requirements\\r\\nSupport escalation of implementation issues from multiple engineering / deployment teams\\r\\nCoordinate technical solution reviews and pre-deployment checklists with customers and implementation engineers\\r\\nDevelop design documentation and implementation / deployment plans for privileged account security solutions and identity governance solutions\\r\\nExperience developing and managing multiple system designs concurrently\\r\\nExperience designing Xceedium / CA PAM solutions\\r\\nExtensive implementation experience implementing Xceedium / CA PAM\\r\\nHands-on Windows 2008 and 2012 and Unix Server administration experience to onboarding end points in CA PAM\\r\\nHands-on IIS administration experience\\r\\nHands-on Active Directory and LDAP query experience\\r\\nFunctional understanding of TCP/IP networks and firewalls\\r\\nFunctional understanding of the following protocols: TCP, UDP, DNS, NetBIOS, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SSL.\\r\\nBasic scripting experience
- To clearly understand the client's cybersecurity environment and respective product.
- To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools
- To analyse and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCAordata or logs collection
- To enable knowledge transferortrainings through creationor maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team.
- To analyse and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes.
- To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary.
- To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progressorchallenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client
