Job description:
Create process maps with swim lanes, that display processes with logic decisions, and inputs/outputs connectivity between those swim lanes. Will need to work in Jira with Features and Stories and update a Metrics (Jira) dashboard displaying value/wins of Process Design engagement. This 3P will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to lead discussions, ask probing questions, schedule follow-on meetings as required, etc. \\r\\n \\r\\nThe resource need to be adapt at breaking down complex processes that might be shared just verbally into easy to understand process flows with visually appealing organization. Ideally 3P will be well versed with process mapping tools in Mural or Zoom Whiteboard. Resource will need to work with UX and Product Owners to map out user flows that best meets a product or service objectives. Experience working with Persona Maps, Customer Experience Maps and User Journeys a plus. Other tools they might have used for other customers include Visio Pro, Aris, Signavio or iGraphi
- To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
- To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
- To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning
- To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
- To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
