Job description:
"Job Title: Governance(Management Overheads)-Offshore Service Delivery Manager
Role: Offshore,India
General Summary
Individuals in the Service Delivery role are responsible for managing day to day governance of operations and work related tasks.
The resource is accountable for oversight of all offshore resources and mange people across the account.
He/ She would act as a Single point of contact at offshore location and would work on to resolve escalations on as soon as basis.
The resource would also act as a counterpart for Onsite Service Delivery Director and would collaborate with him/her to ensure smooth operational and governance support to the client.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Own end to end P&L of the project
Lead Optimization plans, work on cost control measures and report to the leadership
Manage internal compliances including but not limited to Operational hygiene,delivery excellence, Strategic initiatives, automation, etc
Manage team of 200+ resources
Working with multiple central functions to ensure smooth delivery
Single Leader for offshore operations Governance
Act as a POC for client for escalations and feedback
Lead Monthly Governance meetings in parallel to Onshore SDD
Conducting daily, weekly and monthly connects with the Client stakeholders
Act as a counterpart for Onsite Service delivery director
Collaborate with the client for new scope of work
Ensuring the projects are delivered on time
Ensure smooth run of operations
Owning resource management and tracking the requirement to closure
Ownership of SLAs
Job Specifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science or Management , or equivalent relevant business experience
Knowledge of finance and compliances
Has 10+ years of related work experience.
Possesses Resource management skills
Possess excellent communication skills
Good understanding of IT operations and support

- To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of margin are met.
- To anchor process improvementorcompliance (human error reporting) and other organizational initiatives (automation , Lean IT implemetation)
- To guide, manage, develop, engage the team therby ensuring employee retention
- To ensure upskillor creation of resources through internal academiesor trainings and growth rotation
