Job description:
Responsible for Problem Management for Red Hat, Unix, AIX providing RCA for cornice issues.\\r\\n Responsible for managing High Severity incidents Working with Major incident and Technical Board for faster resolution to P1and P2 tickets.\\r\\n Ensuring the smooth transition for upcoming Site and delivered this to offshore team.\\r\\n Preparing Run Book and technical documents for BAU Work.\\r\\n Act as a mentor to L1 s and L2 s in solving technical issue, Documentation, SLA management and some part of technical training\\r\\n
- To ensure customer engagement / satisfaction and referenceability
- To plan for Program and Delivery Management and ensure that the agreed deliverables in terms of margin are met.
- To anchor process improvement/compliance (human error reporting) and other organizational initiatives (automation , Lean IT implemetation)
- To guide, manage, develop, engage the team therby ensuring employee retention
- To ensure upskill/ creation of resources through internal academies/ trainings and growth rotation
