- To execute sales governance processes, manage systems and dashboards.
- To conduct analysis of sales data, manage performance metrics, and ensure alignment with budget.
- To establish and ensure consistency in governance structures and KPI calculations.
- To keep track of sales pipeline and ensure a system driven pipeline review process.
- To design and track strategic sales initiative and identify areas of development to implement corrective action with Vertical/Geo heads.
