<b>SAFe Senior Product Owner/Product Manager</b><br/><br/><b>Job Summary</b><br/>The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, the role will involve defining and prioritizing product features, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure product success.

• <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/>1. Lead and manage cross functional project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope
  <br/>2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  <br/>3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  <br/>4. Identify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating when necessary
  <br/>5. Conduct project reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards
  <br/>6. Define product features, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with the development team
  <br/>7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision and goals are understood and implemented
  <br/>8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
  <br/>9. Ensure product success through effective collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement<br/><br/><b>Skill Requirements</b><br/>1. Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools
  <br/>2. Proven experience as a safe product owner/product manager in an agile environment
  <br/>3. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  <br/>4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  <br/>5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  <br/>6. Understanding of software development lifecycle and principles
  <br/>7. Certification in safe or project management (e.g., safe product owner/product manager, pmp) is preferred<br/><br/>Certifications: SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP)
