Job description:
JD:
Understanding of SAP PEO and configuration considerations include the following
Configurations and Activities
Shop floor routing Management - Create operations, operation activities and link with Components, PRT, Work instructions etc.
Configure Major Assembly production
Custom Development knowledge for PEO.
Create and Maintain HR qualifications
Knowledge of and experience with SAP CAMS/Shop Floor Automation
Knowledge of integration points of SAP MES to other SAP components like PP, PS, QM, MM, FI, CO etc.
Conduct Business Process workshops and analysis
Bringing in Aerospace & Defense, Discrete Manufacturing, Heavy & complex Industries and shipbuilding best practices
Knowledge of shop-floor systems, including Automation Control Systems, SCADA and Historians integration
Interest to learn DMC Offering from SAP
S/4HANA project experience is preferred
Experience with SAP Implementation Methodologies
- Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
- Raising risks| issues and escalation to senior management and customer
- To create all quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
- To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
- To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
