Job description:
To define program management strategy and provide direction for execution in alignment with the program objectives.
- To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
- To manage program budget, operations and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
- To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisorsor CTOor CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issueorrisk identification, and resolution
- To establish, track and review KPIorMetrics and manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
- To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
