Job description:
- Resolve user queries and liaison with other quality teams for consistent process updation
- To analyze improvement suggestions from PRIME tool and do usability & impact analysis
- To coordinate with other domain experts to source requirements and participate in task forces responsible for process definitions
- To create new process definitions
- To provide an overview of OMS to prospective and existing clientsto provide an assurance of strong quality processes of HCL
- To update existing processes
