Job description:
Go-To-Market Role (Digital and Analytics Sales LifeScience and Healthcare)
Must have experience in one of the below:
1. Application Services (API, Cloud, DevOps, Microservices, Modernization),
2. SaaS SFDC/ Veeva
3. Oracle/ SAP
4. Business Analytics (BigData, Data Science),
Must have experience in one of the below
1. Pharma (Commercial/ Manufacturing/ R&D)
2. Provider
3. Payer

HCLTech is looking for Rockstar Digital Solution Architects to join the Go-to-Market team
This team is responsible for presales and solutions for the LifeScience and Healthcare
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering expert advice on business solutions using a breadth of technology platforms,
2. Interfacing with HCL sales and delivery to manage all presales activities from capability presentations through SOW negotiations.
3. The candidate should possess a demonstrated breadth of knowledge across various Digital solutions/ technology stacks and ability to provide guidance to diverse customer stakeholders and external partners.
4. Demonstrated Ability to elicit client requirements via discussions and put together creative solutions with minimal information, global teams and tight deadlines is required.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Support and drive growth for the unit; support New and Existing customer across opportunities (RFP s, Proactive bids, transformation initiatives)
2. Offer expert advice on solutions
3. Propose the right engagement model, commercial model for opportunities
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience, and other Requirements
1. Experience in enterprise client interaction in the US and ability to build relationships within the organization and with customers
2. 8-12years of relevant IT/ Professional Services Industry experience
3. Comfort in operating independently in unstructured environment and in grey zones across teams
4. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
