Job description:
Work with the NORAM Sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities, to identify key customer technical objections and to develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments to business transactions.
Manage Relationship with VZ Business Teams in the region and drive business together
Primarily responsible for researching and identifying business opportunities & generating leads
Target identification and classification for VZ opportunities
Develop and acquire new customers and up sell to existing customers for new revenue opportunities
Works across NORAM to create a market for defined VZ offerings and services, and to qualify and develop opportunities within those markets
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how HCL offerings along with VZ products meets client needs
Business Development/Sales background that enables to engage at all levels of a customer and partner organization, including CXO-levels of the business and IT
Prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan business objective
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies
Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
Possess the technical ability to explain Cloud Computing, Infrastructure solutions & Internet architectures
Responsible to establish and grow business and technical relationships and managing the day-to-day interactions with partners and internal sales teams.
Experience with Networks, Security, Unified Communication, PaaS and IaaS technologies on public or hybrid cloud platforms.
The candidate should possess both a business/sales background that enables them to engage at the CXO level and field level, as well as strong technical competency focused on the IT landscape and cloud computing.
To qualify for the role, applicant must have
20+ years over all work experience plus experience in different techno-commercial roles
Direct Experience in Sales/Business Development in NORAM Market
Exposure to Managed Services/System Integration : Experience on Selling Solutions around VZ Networks/Security/Cloud/Unified Communications across Enterprises or Service Providers portfolio s
Direct Experience in VZ Business Development/Managing Alliances with VZ or VZ GSI partners preferred
Rich and diverse background and understanding of Global Business and Outsourcing markets and partnership management.
Ability to work in a Matrix Organization.
Large & Complex Deal Exposure
- To oversee the due diligence process, evaluate partner capabilities, financial health, and alignment with HCLtech Objective.
- To collaborate with legal and business teams to negotiate terms, including revenue sharing models.
- To facilitate onboarding, ensure partnership alliance and strategies, and foster relationships.
- To develop industry specific sales collateral Including presentations, case studies and white papers for the sales teams to leverage during client discussions.
