<b>Microsoft PowerBI Technical Lead</b><br/><br/><b>Job Summary</b><br/>The Technical Lead for Microsoft PowerBI and SQL will be responsible for leading technical teams in developing Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft PowerBI and SQL technologies. The individual will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data visualizations and analytical reports to support business decision-making processes.

• <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/>1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design and development of microsoft powerbi dashboards and reports.
  <br/>2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that powerbi solutions meet business needs.
  <br/>3. Develop and maintain sql databases and queries to support data extraction and transformation for powerbi.
  <br/>4. Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of powerbi solutions.
  <br/>5. Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in microsoft powerbi and sql to enhance existing processes.
  <br/>6. Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to powerbi implementations.<br/><br/><b>Skill Requirements</b><br/>1. Proficiency in microsoft powerbi to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports.
  <br/>2. Strong command of sql for database management, query optimization, and data manipulation.
  <br/>3. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
  <br/>4. Experience in leading technical teams and driving successful project deliveries.
  <br/>5. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  <br/>6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br/><br/>Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Data Engineer Associate certification is preferred but not mandatory.
