Primary Skills
Strong knowledge in Java programming language
Proven experience as a Java developer, with a focus on high performance and low latency applications.
Proficiency in multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles.
Knowledge of network protocols and distributed systems.
Ability to explore, recommend and use relevant third-party technologies to solve a business problem.
Good communication skills to collaborate and deliver in a globally distributed team.
Should be able to come up with designs from the requirements, review it with stakeholders and own the delivery end-to-end.
Experience in working in Agile, Continuous delivery and Test-driven development methodologies.


Secondary Skills
Experience with test automation tools and technologies.
Knowledge on Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL databases
Programming experience in Spring technologies
Ability to quickly isolate problem areas and trouble-shoot a given situation systematically.
A team player who can learn tools, technologies, processes, people quickly and thrive working within a high-performance team
Experience in Cloud/SaaS application development

This position is for a full-time product development role based out of our Bangalore office. The individual will be part of HCL OneTest product development team of elite 50+ engineers/architects for designing and developing product features and will also work with our Fortune 500 customer base to assist with usage of our product
