Business Analyst
"Experience 12-14 years ( Medical Devices Knowledge is highly preferred)
- Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives
- Very strong in interpersonal skills, go-getter, and conflict resolving capabilities
- Gather and analyze data Requirement to identify areas for improvement in business processes.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Identify different possible and feasible solutions, considering the pros and cons of each alternative.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and business requirements for identified initiatives.
- Effectively Strong communication skills to discuss with important stakeholders other teams.
- Help implement technology solutions to achieve business goals.
- Develop solution-oriented strategies using cost-benefit analysis or SWOT analysis.
- Knowledge on regulatory processes for controlled environments ( under FDA etc ) - Mandatory"
