Job description:
To be responsible for providing customer service, resolving all customer queries, processing orders, explaining client products and handling complains.
- To develop strong working relationship with client assuring client satisfaction and work within agreed service level agreement.
- To document customer interactions and transactions recording the details of inquiries, complaints and comments.
- To follow all documented procedure to handle open casesorescalations.
- To resolve customer's issuesorqueries effectively and efficiently assuring clear communication and customer understanding through multiple channels (like phone, email, live chat, social media etc. ) or escalate to appropriate contact.
