Job description:
- To define skill capability building strategies and implement the same
- To identify attrition points and implement strategies for retention
- To manage technical interview panels and allocate technical specialists for projects
- To work with transition managers and SDMs for successful transition of projects
- To identify gaps in the existing customer environment for the specific tracks and strategies for new propositions development
- To analyse industry best practices and implement in customer OMCs and to identify upcoming technologies so as to ensure readiness to support
- To effectively manage team and conduct monthly reviews
- To review solutions for implementing automationorlean initiatives for repeated tasks
