Consultant, AI Red Teamer and Technical Assessor, (Internal or External) Location : United States, Canada, Europe, or India.Preferred: AI Governance Professional (AIGP), Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)We are seeking a skilled AI Red Teamer and Technical Assessor to join our dynamic team. You will be a consultant responsible for conducting red teaming exercises on AI models and systems, as well as providing comprehensive technical assessments for both internal teams and external clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the ethical, safe, and secure governance of AI.Key ResponsibilitiesRed Teaming AI Models and Systems:Design and execute red teaming exercises to identify potential vulnerabilities in AI models and systems.Develop scenarios and simulate attacks to test the robustness and resilience of AI solutions.Collaborate with AI developers and engineers to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.Technical Assessments:Conduct thorough technical assessments of AI models and systems, focusing on responsible AI and governance practices.Evaluate controls and potential vulnerabilities related to bias, explainability, safety, and security.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Internal and External Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards and goals.Serve as a technical advisor to external clients, helping them understand and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies.Facilitate workshops and training sessions on AI risk management and governance.This role is global and cross-functional in nature, requiring coordination with team members in other geographic regions.Location and travel:Position can be in the office or remote.Travel as needed to achieve business outcomes.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in conducting technical testing and assessments for AI models and systems.Strong understanding of responsible AI practices and governance controls.Familiarity with AI-related risks, including bias, explainability, safety, and security.Proficient in AI and machine learning technologies and methodologies.Skilled in using red teaming tools and techniques.Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential vulnerabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.Ability to perform a consultant role for both internal teams and external clients. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Education and CertificationDegree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Relevant certifications in AI, cybersecurity, or risk management.

• To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
• To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
• To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
