Senior Project Manager UCCaaS Platform Engineering
Verizon Enterprise Solutions
What you ll be doing
The Senior Project Manager will manage the project team responsible for all Verizon transition activities for major customer and UCCaaS related projects. This position is responsible for portfolio management, delivery commitments and resources worldwide to ensure profitability for VZ is achieved, customer satisfaction is met, and global corporate policies are adhered to.
Responsibilities:
Act as senior, POC to the Customer for all project delivery matters.
Oversee all VZB transition related activities worldwide and across all delivery organizations.
Regular and proactive customer communications to ensure all customer concerns are addressed readily.
Oversee all transition and transformation planning, execution, reporting and related escalation management.
Oversee all TPV support globally, requirements, costs, deliverables and contract performance related to the project.
Define and manage project activities to meet VZ goals for financial performance.
Develop and manage deliverables to plan.
All processes are documented and efficiently working for the project.
Participate and oversee that all relevant governance meetings are held within contract framework.
Maintain and publish status for all projects in progress.
All reports are developed and distributed as required by the contract.
Ensure and oversee that customer billing is properly created and sent in a timely manner as applicable.
What we re looking for
You ll need to have:
Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in an enterprise client space.
Even better if you have:
Masters degree in Business Administration.
Six or more years of Project Management experience with experience with deploying and delivering complex solutions.
Six or more years of experience with Cisco VoIP / UCCaaS / Telecommunication/IT Outsourcing.
Knowledge and experience with Clarity.
Experience with customer enablement tools.
ITIL Foundations v3, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
ITIL Advanced/Intermediate Certification.
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to foster relationships and present to C-Levels within the Client Organization.
Financial Business acumen.
Skills in Microsoft Office product suite, including PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
Knowledge with Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and network elements.
Strong leadership skills & abilities.
Ability to manage and negotiate with required internal and external organizations.
Ability to have completed multiple, complex technical projects.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- To identify attrition percentage in accounts and take up initiatives to reduce the same
- To perform value addition activities (CIP & SIP) and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- To implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost and analyse the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through levers like Automation & self-driven initiatives.
- To ensure retention of accounts that are due for renewal or maintain high level of customer satisfaction (ACSAT)
- To ensure that all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs through effective team management and monthly reviews
- To ensure generation of an account level EE & EN revenue
- To ensure absorption of freshers as per the defined account targets
