Job description:

General Description
Responsibilities :-
1. 7-10 years of total expeience with minimum of 7 years of managing Exchange servers.
2. Day to day administration of L3 and esclated calls and provide resolution

Technical Requirements
"1. Strong hands on experience in complex Enterprise vault archieve solution 14.x or latest. Candidate should have exposure in handling exchange servers 2013/2016/2019 or latest infrastructure

2. Strong knowledge on Designing, Planning & supporting Enterprise vault archieve solution including storage infrastructure
3. Provide administration and engineering support for all archieve related projects such implementing new system or process.
4. Clear understanding of Archieve solutions disaster recovery processes and its integration with related components like compliance reporting tools
"5. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

6. Should have indepth knowledge about archieve file architecture and storage.
7. Configuration of Enterprise Vault policies and Vault store
8. Strong understanding and experince with Enterprise Vault 14.x+ backup and restore procedures.
9. Knowledge, understanding and working experience with File servers and file management software.
10. Should have knowledge about capacity planning in distributed environment.
11. Implement, configure and management Discovery accelerator & Compliance Reporting.
12. Experience in Enterprise Vault 14.x+ & Compliance tools health check and should be in position to recommend the best practices
13. Patch and configuration management of Enterprise Vault 14.x+ & Compliance tools
14. Implement , onfigure and support Enterprise vault for exchange, share point and file shares.
16. Strong Active Directory knowledge to resolve exchange related issues.
17. Working knowledge & good experience on archiving solution Enterprise Vault 14.x+, Discovery accelerator
18. Support and management of Archieve Journaling
Soft Skills
1. Experience on Incident and Task management tool like remedy.
2. excellent oral and written communication skill.
3. Experience in handling customer and severity cases.
4. Ability to produce RCA for major and critical cases.
5. Team handling and conflict management skills
Other Skills / Experience
1. Administration and configuration of Enterprise Vault Servers & Discovery accelerator
2. Good Knowledge on Archieve Journaling & Compliance reporting
Years of Experience
7-10 Years of experience is required.
Certification requirements
1. VCP for Enterprise vault & eDiscovery is preferred
2. ITIL Preferred
Education requirements
Bachelor Degree required
- To identify attrition percentage in accounts and take up initiatives to reduce the same
- To perform value addition activities (CIP & SIP) and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- To implement Profit Implement Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Cost and analyse the deviation to plan strategies to reduce deviation through
