Must have 13-15 years of Experience and have sound knowledge on .Net
Worked in Banking Industry
Work with Business and other stake holders to understand business requirements and map system requirements from business requirements
Can identify conflicting requirements and eliminate those with help of Business and other stake holders
For new application talk to different stake holders to collect additional system requirement and identify system architecture
Able to create/help team to create HLD
Able to detail out specific system requirements to meet Business Goal
Create Traceability between business requirements to System Requirements
Must have good knowledge on Agile Framework and Agile Management Tools (Like Jira, ADO, Rally etc)
Able to help structuring of Epics and Features based on Business and System requirements to extend Traceability Matrix towards User stories, Test Cases and Test Results
Must be able to provide solutions to Development team based on system requirements
Constantly update the system requirement document and HLD based on system changes and provide business/client agreement on the changes
Able to identify and document new and legacy system and find the gaps (for New Credit Lens project)
Provide KT to other team for new/updated system

• To coordinate with various project stakeholders(project manager, customer, internal teams) in various stages of the project(planning, conducting UAT, Trainings, Early Life Support) to ensure on time delivery of deliverables.
• To effectively prepare and validate the functional specification document and work closely with the technical teams in various stages of the project.
• To gather client requirements and prepare process design post suitability assessment.
• To standardize the solution offering for reusability in other projects.
• To support pre-sales team in RFP response and solution defense.
