Job description:
JD General Manager
Experience in large transition and transformation management
Experience in Onsite Offshore Delivery management
Excellent Project management experience
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Extensive experience in Datacenter Operations, ITIL Process & Enterprise Management Tools
Should have experience in budgeting and P&L management
Should be a good man manager experience in handling a technical team and managers of minimum 30+
Provide leadership, hold customers and the project team accountable to deliver projects on-time, within budget with high quality, while achieving customer satisfaction
Perform overall project-level planning and lead execution
Provide vision, strategy and business objective alignment to lead end-to-end project implementation
Responsible for project metric tracking, and managing project financials and profitability
Identify opportunities for additional business and provide input to presales and renewal evaluation
Identify risk, issues and develop risk response strategy
Lead the execution of contract Change Management process
Manage Partner delivery and commercials when 3rdparty technical delivery resources are engaged on program
Qualification: BE
Certification: PMP, ITIL
Experience: 10+ years
- To mentor technical and solution architects along with self knowledge up-gradation and learning
- To perform engagement level Delivery governance
- To provide solution in business transformation by participating in RFPorRFI; Due Diligence; Pre Sales support and Oversee POC
- To provide solutions for IT optimization, Business Aligned IT, Enterprise architecture and roadmap creation, transformation, BusinessorProduct acquisition and mergers and APO
