Job description:
Audio Quality Test Engineer: will provide services to improve, develop and maintain the test systems, e.g. modify and develop test software for adequate testing of the newly developed audio processing algorithms.The work includesValidation of audio processing components including, but not limited to acoustic echo cancellation, automatic gain control, beamforming, and noise reduction, as well as the complete audio processing stack across multiple different laptop and mobile platforms as required by Google.Vendor will need to develop new and modify existing validation tests, test vectors, test scripts and test setup configurations for validation purposes across the different platforms
- To create and review the Test Cases from the Functional Specifications or Software Requirement Specification document.
- To test the Functionality as per the Test plan and respective Test Cases..
- To contributes while test plans are developed as per the work assigned.
- To track test coverage, defect density, other relevant metrics, and publish progress reports.
- To coordinate with team (for discussions) and interact with client (for updates).
