Job description:
To ensure the business solution designed is based on the holistic view across all the processes of assigned domain while leveraging the pre-delivered best Practices.
- To integrate/re-engineer / design process(s) to maximize the adoption and usage of pre-delivered Best Practices /Standard Functionalities
- To evaluate & recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
- To identify and facilitate customer to implement organizational changes required for effective business product Implementation
- To design and conduct solution workshop(s) to get early buy-in from the relevant stakeholders and thereby also identify additional opportunities to engage with the client
- To develop and guide others for their career progression
- To continually update oneself for developing self; contribute to business cases| market collaterals etc.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
