Job Description:
Deployment and management of network and security components for Enterprise, Data Center, and Cloud environments, focusing on Routing & Switching, Firewalls, VPN solutions, Load balancing, and Public Cloud solutions.
Design and implement a complete, secured network infrastructure for ongoing projects.
Monitor and diagnose performance issues, conducting network analysis and optimization to ensure optimal architecture.
Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams to support operational transparency and efficiency.
Skills Required
Very good communication skills in English, both written and oral, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.
Demonstrate continuous learning and a proactive approach to skill enhancement, embracing challenges as opportunities for personal and professional growth in a dynamic, evolving field.
5-8 years of experience in maintaining cloud solutions followed by possession of at least one of the certification or equivalent knowledge: Azure (AZ-700, AZ-305, AZ-500), GCP (PCSE, PCA, PCNE), Amazon (Solutions Architect Professional, Advanced Networking Specialist, Security Specialist).
Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent network knowledge, with hands-on experience in router and switch administration (e.g., Cisco).
Basic experience with at least one of the following firewall solutions: Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint allowing you to perform day to day tasks.
Experience with Express routes, Direct Connects, Cloud Gateway configuration , VPC , Vifs, Regions, Security groups, control and management is a must.
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
