Job description:

Role:- Consultant
Resource must have 10+ years of relevant experience in Mobile Device Management (intune) and Mobile Application Management along with Intune.
Primary Skills:- MDM-Intune and Mobile application management.
Secondary Skills:- Intune
Hololens, VR devices & SCCM experience would be nice to have and will be preferable

Roles and Responsibilities
Mobile Device Management
Enrollment, Profile Creation & Reporting of Teams Meeting room devices
Domain level expertise in Intune and MECM to monitor, manage and maintain the devices and focus on service improvement leveraging automation.
Implement policies and configuration
Work on ITSM related tickets for the Device management resolver group covering L2 and L3 support
Software rollouts across all Windows workplaces
Provision of reports and statistics of client software deployments
Deploy new release(s) on client devices
Manage patches for client device operating system(s)
Configure and manage mobile security and policies
Planning, Scheduling and Rollout of approved core mobile apps and OS
Knowledge of VR devices & Holo Lens
Define policies and configuration
Collaborate with the CUSTOMER Workplace architect to own and design workplace architecture
Design implementations needed to adequately protect client devices
Documentation of the client device design following CUSTOMER requirements
Design Test schemas for all requirements
Evaluation patches for client device operating system(s)
Conduct Insider previews of new releases for Evergreening of Android and iOS in coordination with OEM
Consult and define transformation and automation opportunities
Work with different stakeholders to gather technical requirements for automation
Identify automation candidates
Develop scripts and runbooks
Maintain existing runbooks
Create reports for automation adoption
Integrations with required tools to facilitate automation

Mobile Device Management (Android & iOS)
Manage & maintain the Intune configuration, including, but not limited to, initial configurations, modified configuration files, and all applicable documentation relating Intune configuration and necessary to control access to system configuration files.
Configure the Intune platform and work with CUSTOMER to manage mobile devices, security, configuration, and compliance, each in accordance with all applicable CUSTOMER policies, procedures and standards
Provide approval & Sign-off for MDM & MAM policies and configurations.
Configure and manage the Intune platform to enforce CUSTOMER s Mobile Device security and compliance policies in accordance with CUSTOMER defined policies and procedures, including but not limited to:
Configuring password enforcement and MFA in accordance with access requirements
Configuring Device lock settings, relating to device inactivity
Performing remote device wipes, including total remote wipes and selective remote wipes
Configuring local data encryption, including with respect to phone memory & external memory cards
Configure and manage Intune to enforce CUSTOMER Policies and Procedures related to Mobile Device, including, but not limited to:
Configure eligible device policies, including:
detect Operating System platforms and versions and installed applications.
detect jail-broken devices and rooted devices.
restrict access from non-compliant devices to corporate servers (e.g., e-mail)
Configure application policies, including:
restrict downloadable applications through whitelists and blacklists.
place prohibited applications on quarantine and/or send alerts to CUSTOMER about policy violations.

Restrict cut, copy, paste between corporate and personal applic
