Job description:
Job Title: ServiceNow HAM Developer
Job Description We are excited to offer an opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Developer to join PC Asset Management implementation team, dedicated to supporting global customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept at navigating dynamic environments and are committed to delivering exceptional value in alignment with our customers’ mission-critical objectives. In addition to migrating from our current Asset Management solution to HAM, this role may be asked to support our current Java/Perl platform until decommissioning. Responsibilities:
Skills Required:
-Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on IT Asset Management -In-depth knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and best practices
Skills Preferred:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and other relevant technologies -ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer certifications preferred -Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred
Experience Required:
Experience working in the ServiceNow environment

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
