Job description:

0+ Years of exprience in the area of Desktop management with following skills:

1. In-depth knowledge on management of devices using SCCM and Intune
2. Strong understanding of patch deployment using SCCM and Intune
3. Strong understanding of software deployment using SCCM and Intune
4. Strong understanding of Co-Management of devices
5. Experience in upgrading SCCM infrastructure
6. SCCM Architecture design and implementation experience
7. Troubleshooting/debugging software and hardware problems
8. Experience in performing feature Upgrades (Using Task sequence/Servicing plan)
9. Understanding of On-Prem Active Directory and Azure AD
10. Understanding of Windows 10 Servicing channels
11. Experience with Bitlocker Encryption
12. Basic knowledge on Powershell
13. Experience with Windows Autopilot
14. Experience with Desktop Analytics
15. Strong understanding of Cloud Management Gateway

• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
• To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
• To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
• To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
