Full Job Description
Candidate should have knowledge of On-Prem Active Directory as well Azure active directory.
On-Prem Active Directory:
Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group policy, AD Connect, ADFS, domain replication, Site & services, domain promotion & decommission, organizational unit, FSMO role. These role & configuration should be clear as well as troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group policy, AAD Connect, ADFS, domain controller Backups.
Domain controller backup and restoration. DNS, DHCP, GPO backup and restoration.
Active Directory delegation model, multiple domain configurations.
Azure Active Directory
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Design, Azure active directory and Product Security teams to understand requirements of configuration.
Design alongside a team of engineers focusing on 'design first' thinking while incorporating different end user personas.
Become proficient in technologies and subjects quickly and effectively
Good knowledge of Azure Active Directory and check the synchronization.
Good knowledge to handle the Azure objects and guest users.
Good knowledge of Enterprise services and SSO.
Good knowledge of Azure AD Password protection feature.
Good Knowledge of Azure certificate
Strong knowledge of Azure Application Proxy connectors.
Strong knowledge of Azure Device management.
Strong knowledge of Privileged Identity Management as well as RBAC roles
Strong knowledge of Azure AAD connect.
Good Knowledge of Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and company branding,
Strong knowledge of Azure App registrations feature,
Strong knowledge of Custom domain names in Azure,
Strong knowledge of audit the Azure AD Sign in logs and monitoring component.
Strong knowledge of MFA and Conditional access policy,
Good knowledge of Azure AD security features.
Good knowledge Blob storage account
Azure License management
Should have knowledge of integration/configuration of above components.
Certifications:
Microsoft Azure Certification.
Soft Skills & Process:
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of ITIL framework (Optional)
Willingness to work in shifts.
Team management (team lead)
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
