Job description:
Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment-AWS,GCP & Azure and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, Storage Bucket, Storage Explorer, Security Group, Route Table, ACL, Backup , Fileshare ,virtual networks , VPC , Virtual Network Gateway)
Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration, act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests
Perform deployment, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of high availability enterprise solutions that implement industry standards.
Perform proactive system administration, monitoring, technical efficiency tuning, up-time, alert notifications, and automation tasks.
Building and setting up new development tools to improve automation and code deployment,
Ownership in the diagnosis and issue resolution process, including the determination and provision of workaround solutions or escalation where necessary.
Troubleshooting of infrastructure/software application solutions using both Azure Web Services, Monitor and Application Insights.
Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus (For example: PowerShell, Kusto, Python, .NET, C#).
Proactively identify and raise technical risks.
Produce/update documentation on system processes to meet compliancy/auditing regulations.
Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Comply with all IT and Information Security policies and procedures; help respond to audit requests.
On call/Out of Hours emergency action in the event of environment failure.
Strong knowledge of Containers, serverless architecture
Strong knowledge on the PaaS components in Azure, AWS & GCP platforms
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
- To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
- To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
- To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
