Job description:
Healthcare/Provider domain experience it is desirable that the candidate has experience in account management for Healthcare across Provider and Payer for selling IT Infrastructure, Application Development (AD)/Application Service Management (ASM), Data, Digital and Analytics, Cloud, BPO, etc.
Client relationship management and business development:
This high energy role will manage relationship for a large portfolio in a high growth account, expand services and build a diverse portfolio through the opportunity management cycle.
This portfolio has aggressive growth potential through cross sell and upsell, which the the account manager must drive.
Own the strategic agenda for the portfolio as well as create and manage executive level connects between customer and HCLTech executive teams
Ability to understand the industry trends and establish engaging dialogue with the client stakeholders
Having sold and enabled solutions around Infrastructure, AD, ASM, Data, Cloud, Digital and Analytics and Security will be an added benefit
Client delivery assurance:
Good understanding of Healthcare/Provider industry and buying behavior
Implement and drive the multi layered governance for the portfolio
Manage and govern a data driven performance scorecard for the portfolio
Drive thought leadership to help address customer business challenges by liaising effectively with various solution and practice teams internally, to bring timely solutions to the customer
Collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client
Work closely with and manage/guide internal stakeholders in delivery, recruitment and other supporting functions to align on goals and deliver for the customer
Account planning and governance:
Implement and drive the multi layered governance for the portfolio
Manage and govern a data driven performance scorecard for the portfolio
Create strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account/portfolio and execute that plan to drive incremental revenue, manage customer negotiations, driving pricing discussions, etc
Engage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify improvement/opportunity areas sell cross business unit solutions to the client
Expand HCLs footprint come up with creative solutions that help solve business problems
- To engage in prospect development activities such as campaign execution
- To ensure collaboration of account managers for RFP| etc. with Business Solutions Group | etc.
- To lead prospective client CXO connections and communications and escalations
- To manage the quality and quantity of account activity of the account managers using tools such as SFA
- To plan for the pipeline of business opportunities
- To recruit and develop the account managers (reports)
- To analyze the competitive landscape and current market trends on an ongoing basis
